Payment Policy
Payment is due upon arrival for all daycare, boarding, and grooming services.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle.
Bath & Brush
Includes: Nail trim & ear cleaning with your choice of shampoo (regular, de-shedding, flea & tick, or medicated)

Cancellation, Late & No-Show Policy
Late Pick-Up: Please pick up within 1 hour of completion. Additional daycare fees will apply in addition to grooming total.
Cancellation I kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled within this time frame will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Excessive cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows may result in termination of services at our discretion.
